Phone companies in KL

Hi all, have finally moved to KL, would like some help please, am trying to find out about mobile phone plans that also have wireless broadband included, could anyone let me know about the plans and companies available in KL, I've been told Maxis and Celcom, Maxis seems quite expensive.聽 Also what companies do you use for home phone and broadband? Any help would be much appreciated

Hi,

For better and wide coverage, you should go for Celcom but the cheapest telco afterall should be Digi. Every telcos have pros and cons. Choose either from these 3 telco since majority in Malaysia are using it. Maxis, Celcom or Digi.

Why don't u buy smartphone package like Blackberry or iPhone with phone line included since you want wifi capabilities, the cost would be cheaper.

Thanks for your advice and specially with the smartphone package...

I wonder would you have a different opinion by now as we are moving next month to KL and looking for a telecom and Internet connection...

I have the same questions as TS2011 so I'm glad this thread has been revived.

Anyone have a recommendation if for bundling cell phone/home wifi/ and TV together, or are separate services better?
