So, as I am holding EP category 2, I can give birth in Malaysia with no problem. My kid can apply Dependent Pass after birth and stay with me  even without his father’s any proof. Correct ?

Contact the Taiwanese Embassy or check their website for details of how to apply for a passport for the child.

I see you are very concerned about this and doubt the member's answer. Isnt there a immigration office you can walk into in JB and ask directly?

Also, im curious, if you are from Taiwan, you are not able to fly now and wait to have the baby in Taiwan? Wouldnt that be easier? Considering the situation of no father, it seems you could end all problems by giving birth in Taiwan. Or is there something else you need to say about your case?
