British married Moroccan & have a new born baby

Hello there I'm a British citizen born and raised there married to a Moroccan lady who has now given birth my question is does my child automatically be given a British passport or not and I have been living in morocco for 9 months now but planning to go back to the UK any advice and help thank you

Yes, it is termed citizenship by descent, I believe. No matter where in the world the children happen to be born they will be British citizens. You need to *register* their birth with the British authorities to qualify for this, though. Contact the British Outpost (aka Embassy) in Rabat for more details.

you need to get a job in uk with 29k salary or have £88k savings from outside UK to give your wife spouse visa. your child will be british by birth, just register in embassy
