I have just spoken to a friend whose 3 year old has many allergies and she said in her opinion the best person to speak too or see is:
Dr Pillai, who is a Pulmonologist and Allergy Specialist, Royal Road, Beau Bassin, Tel: +230 464 6308

Also highly recommended amongst friends with kids is Dr Amatally who is a pediatrician at Fortis Clinique Darné

Hi,
I do have several allergies but have only had emergency care twice here for anaphylaxis at Grand Baie clinic.
The first experience was very good, the second less so as the doctor on call didn't inspire confidence.
The emergency treatment was exactly the same as I get in the UK as I carry an emergency care plan with me and my epipens.
I was home within 3 hours  both times despite the second doctor wanting to admit me.

You can try Clinic Darne for emergencies.

Click Directory at the top of the page, then it will give you 2 options Add your Business or recommend a service, click which one you want and then fill in the sections, click next and type in what service, i.e. Doctor and then click finish, it will not be added straight away as one of the moderators has to check it out first and if all OK then it will be added.

I added a few services yesterday, completed as much as I could but could not give an email address, but it still went through, also one of the services I recommended was a pediatrician, but there was no where on the form for me to add what type of Doctor I was adding, so I added what type he was after typing in his name i.e. Dr Smith - Pediatrician
