Or, go online.聽 There are quite a few estate agencies advertising there, such as Property24, Villacare.

One beds are at a premium, and I understand that prices are relatively more.聽 2 bed apartments in Kileleshwa start at around Ksh 60,000 to 70,000 per month.

Dear Doughlas,

one bedroom apartments are not very easy to come by but you can find one.They range anywhere between ksh 60,000 to ksh120 000 depending on whether they are furnished or not.Which one would you prefer?

How about home stay, would it be convenient for you?聽 Though I know it depends on how long
you will be in Kenya.

I have never seen an apartment for as little as Ksh 30,000, especially in the better areas.聽 You could maybe get someone's guest wing for that though.

A home stay isn't a good option for someone living in Nairobi for any length of time.
