My family and I will be relocating to Cairo soon currently living in Qatar. I want to bring my Filipino nanny with me as she has looked after my children since they were born. Can anyone give me advice as to how to manage this?

Pay a visit to the Egyptian Embassy in Qatar and ask about the proper procedures.
They will let you know.
Probably they will require "the nanny" to have:
Resident permit
Work permit
