Buy a sim card in Cairo

Hello everybody !

I'm moving soon to Cairo.
Is it possible to buy a Vodafone or Mobinil sim card in the Cairo airport when I arrive?

by the way Vodafone is better more than Mobinil network

I just bought a new phone and it needed a smaller size sim card it was replaced for free by mobinil at first they said they wanted thirty pounds. which is sort of dumb as vodaphon currently gives them away for free at radioshack when you purchase any phone there.
