Rumour has it that the Central Bank is allowing foreigners to have bank accounts.聽 What facts please?

We were able to open an account through CIB by showing proof of our home sale settlement statement. A friend of ours I think provided proof of her retirement income.

@faithhope301聽 Thank you.聽 I visited the bank yesterday and they asked for my passport and proof of income at home (Rental agreement showing the rent that I receive) together with home bank statement.聽 They promised me the account on Sunday :-)

Yes you can. You will need proofs of income and accommodation.
